Orange, Papaya & Lime Hydrating Smoothie

Smoothies are nutritious and a great breakfast on the run. Papaya is high in carotene, vitamin C and A, fibre and water. It contains an enzyme called papain that aids digestion. Papaya can help prevent heart disease, constipation and promotes digestive health. 

Ingredients:
  • 1 blood orange
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped papaya
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice
Method:  Blend everything together until frothy and smooth. Enjoy!
