Chocolate Coconut Bliss Balls
Protein balls have a satiating combination of protein, good carbs, healthy fats, and are high in fibre. Each ball has between 100-200 calories depending on the ingredients. These bliss balls are quick and easy to make and even easier to eat when you need a satisfying snack.
Ingredients:
- 40g macadamias
- 20 medjool dates, pitted
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cacao
- Desiccated coconut, extra
Method:
- Add dates and nuts into a food processor, process on high speed for 20 seconds.
- Scrape down sides of the bowl, add in cacao and coconut.
- Process on full speed for 40-60 seconds or until mixture combines together.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and coat in the desiccated coconut. Enjoy!
Makes 10-12 balls. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
