Banana & Peanut Butter Bites
Peanut butter is a great source of healthy fats and some protein. Bananas are a good source of potassium, vitamin B6, and fibre. This simple recipe combines peanut butter and bananas in a delicious breakfast or snack that will keep you full for longer.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- Your choice of peanut butter
Method:
- Slice banana into half-inch thick slices.
- Spread an even amount of peanut butter mixture over top of the slices and place another slice on top. Enjoy!
